Bartlett offers outside vendors and organizations a number of opportunities to do business with the Village. Below is a list of current and past bids/RFPs. You can open and view bid tabulations on all bids/RFPs designated as awarded.

Project Bid Tabulations 

Notice is hereby given that The Village of Bartlett, Cook, DuPage and Kane Counties, IL. will
receive sealed bids at the main office of the Village of Bartlett, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, IL.
60103, until 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at which time bids will be publicly
opened and read. Bids will be acted upon at such time and place as can be scheduled for Board

The Project will be known as Bartlett Complete Public Tree Inventory. The project will consist
of creating a comprehensive inventory of all trees within the Village owned right-of-way and
property. The data shall be collected via handheld GPS and analyzed in a GIS environment. The
final deliverables shall be in an ESRI Geodatabase or ArcGIS Enterprise Feature Service format
for integration with the Village's existing system and include digital maps of the designated tree
population, a statistical analysis of the overall tree population and a geodatabase of the tree
population. The Village WILL NOT accept bids that do not utilize the Village's current GIS system.

Prospective bidders may obtain plans and specifications for their use and submission from the
Village's website. No fee is required for downloading the files. For answers
to any questions you may contact the Public Works Department at (630) 837-0811 Monday thru
Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee often percent (10%) of the total bid

The proposals must be returned to the Village Hall 228 S. Main St. where the bids shall be read
aloud on the date as noted above.

The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or
all bids
