Request Vacation Watch & Overnight Parking Online

Post Date:01/25/2019

In an effort to reduce call volume and create a more convenient experience, residents can now process their overnight parking and vacation watch requests online. All of the information obtained from the Frontline Public Safety Solutions’ online overnight parking and vacation watch portal will be safely and securely transmitted to the Bartlett Police Department. Residents are still able to call the Bartlett Police Department at 630-837-0846 to request permission for overnight parking.

As a reminder for Vacation Watch Requests:

  • House checks are considered only when the home is vacant for a minimum of 3 DAYS.

  •  If someone is staying at the premise, a watch will not be granted. Apartment buildings, condos, & houses that are for sale are not eligible.

  • A homeowner can request a maximum of 30 DAYS of vacation watches per calendar year, with a 2 WEEK limit per request. Requests that exceed 30 DAYS will be denied.

  • Submitting this request does not remove your responsibility from making every attempt to protect your property while you are away. The department will make every effort to check your property, but only as priority calls or call volume allows.

As a reminder for Overnight Parking:

  • Parking is prohibited on any Village street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.

  • Overnight parking permission requests must be submitted prior to 2 a.m. of the day requested to avoid a citation.
