Looking for Neighborhoods to Host NNO Block Parties
The Bartlett Police Department is looking for neighborhoods to participate in the National Night Out Block Party Competition on Saturday, August 2 from 3 to 8 p.m. and the Neighborhood Lighting Competition between 8 and 10 p.m. This is a great opportunity to get together with your neighbors to strengthen your community and to promote positive police-community partnerships. Members of the Bartlett Police Department and Bartlett Fire Protection District will be visiting several neighborhoods to determine the best lighted neighborhood, best overall, participation, theme, and spirit block party awards that will be presented at the 21st annual National Night Out Picnic in the Park event at Bartlett Park on Tuesday, August 5.
All neighborhoods interested in participating in the National Night Out Block Party Competition or the National Night Out Neighborhood Lighting Competition must complete the NNO Block Party & Lighting Registration Form, the Village of Bartlett Block Party Request Form, and the Amplifier Permit.
For more information, please contact either Officer Flores or Officer Anderson of the Bartlett Police Department’s Crime Prevention Unit at 630-837-0846 or see the NNO Block Party Letter below.
