Memorial Day Walk
For more than 25 years, Bartlett has been honoring its deceased veterans with a Memorial Day Walk and Remembrance. Please join in on Memorial Day, May 27, for this annual hometown commemoration.
The morning will begin at 10 a.m. at Bartlett Park, Oak and North Avenues, with an American Legion flag retirement ceremony. At 10:30 a.m. veterans, scouts, civic groups and bagpipers will begin lining up for the walk to Bartlett Cemetery, which steps off at 11 a.m. Everyone is invited to join the walk. At the cemetery, the Remembrance continues with a brief program honoring Bartletts local heroes.

Veterans Memorial Dinner
The Bartlett Volunteer Fire Association is sponsoring its 5th annual Veterans Memorial Dinner. This event is a way to remember fallen veterans and also thank Bartlett veterans. The evening's presentation will be made by Honor Flight Chicago.
VFW Post 11018 & American Legion Post 1212 and all other Bartlett veterans are invited as guests of BVFA. A limited number of seats are
available.
