Road Paving Project
Notice is hereby given that The Village of Bartlett, Cook, Du Page and Kane Counties, IL. Will receive sealed bids at the main office of the Village of Bartlett, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, IL. 60103, until 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 16, 2010 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be acted upon at such time and place as can be scheduled for Board action.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The proposed improvement is officially known as the ″2010 MFT VARIOUS STREETS” and the work shall consist of HMA surface removal, HMA pavement patching, polymerized level binder, HMA binder & surface course, drainage structure adjustments, sidewalk, curb & gutter, driveway removal & replacement, and restoration.

INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS:
Prospective bidders need to be IDOT pre-qualified and MUST obtain plans and specifications for their use and submission from the Village of Bartlett main office at 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett IL.60103.The Municipal Complex is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to noon, a $35.00 non-refundable fee is required. All proposals must be accompanied by Bid Bond BLR12230 as provided in the bid packet.

The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids.

Janitorial Services RFP

          The Village of Bartlett (the “Village”) is accepting proposals for Janitorial Services (the “Project”) at the Bartlett Village Hall Main Office, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, IL 60103, until Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at 3:00 p.m.

Beginning Wednesday, February 17, 2010, copies of the Project document will be available for download here or may be picked up at the Main Office of the Bartlett Village Hall, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, Illinois, 60103, during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until Noon.

          The scope of service for the Project is set forth in the Janitorial Services Request for Proposal, which includes the janitorial services for the Village Hall, Police Department as well as Bartlett Hills Golf Club, copies of which may be obtained online or from the Main Office at the above mentioned address.

          Sealed proposals will be accepted at Bartlett Village Hall Main Office, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, Illinois, 60103, Attention: Steven Bosco, until 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2010.  Submitted proposals must include a completed version of Exhibit B of the Request for Proposal.

          The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, accept all or part of a proposal, and to waive minor irregularities and nonconformities in any proposal when it is in the best interest of the Village.
