Public Meetings - Public meetings are normally held in the Village Hall Council Chambers.

Meetings of the board are conducted in an orderly manner to ensure that the public has a full opportunity to be heard and that the deliberative process of the board is retained at all times. While any meeting of the board is in session, a prescribed rules of order and decorum shall be observed

Committee Meetings	1st & 3rd Tuesdays	Following Board Meetings
Economic Development Commission	2nd Monday	7:30 p.m.
Zoning Board of Appeals	1st Thursday	7:30 p.m.
Plan Commission	2nd Thursday	7:30 p.m.

Fire and Police Commission Meetings are held in the Police Department Training Room at 8 a.m. on the 3rd Saturday of the month.

The Police Pension Board meets quarterly; the schedule for 2012 is Tuesday, 1/31; Tuesday, 4/24; Tuesday, 7/31 and Tuesday, 10/30 at 6 p.m.
