Late Fee/Finance Charge on Groot Bill

Groot Industries is advising residents who have been assessed a $5 late fee and/or other finance charges on the most recent invoice to please disregard the charges and pay only the service portion of the bill. Any resident who already has paid the late fees/finance charges on this latest invoice will receive a credit on the next billing. In the future late/finance fees will only be applied to invoices that have not been paid within a 20 day grace period. Again, ANY AND ALL fees for this quarter will be waived by Groot. The company apologizes for the inconvenience this may have caused.
