William Tiknis, 1929 - 2017

Post Date:11/21/2017

A long time Bartlett resident, former Village of Bartlett President and Village Trustee William Tiknis passed away on Monday, 11/20.

Anyone who has lived in Bartlett for any length of time knew Bill Tiknis as a true and loyal servant to the Bartlett community, as far back as 1956, when he first moved here with his late wife “Charly” and their three sons. He was recognized in 2014 with a plaque that listed the many, many titles that he held during his years of service to the Village.
